Can RentScreener disclose information from the credit report?
RentScreener is unable to disclose any information from the Credit Report (ie: Credit Scores, but we will give you a 49 point range 700-749). A RentReport contains RentGrade (Financial Risk Factor), Income to Rent Ratio, National Eviction Report, and National Criminal Report from TransUnion. -
Who pays the convenience fee?
The cost of the RentReport is $30.00 for each applicant screened plus the $5.00 Convenience Fee for each applicant. The Convenience Fee cannot be passed on to the Applicant with this Pro Account. If you choose to add TransUnion screening to your package, the convenience fee can be passed to the Applicant, or you can choose to pay it.

- Your Applicant fills out the online application and pays your customized application fee per applicant.
- A RentScreener agent will screen the applicant and create a RentReport *
- You will receive the RentReport which will contain all of the information you need to determine if you should place the applicant in your property
*RentScreener does not make any decisions (acceptance, denial, contingent, etc.) on behalf of the property management company or landlords that use our service. All final decisions for acceptance or denial of an applicant(s) will come directly from the property management company or landlord the applicant has applied with.
